Obamatrade hands over U.S. sovereignty to international panel
Nov. 6, 2015 - After six years of secret negotiations, the Obama administration has released the text of the proposed Trans-Pacific Partnership,
a global regulatory deal that will have the effect of moving the US economy out from under the constraints of the U.S. Constitution.
The TransPacific Partnership Commission would have the power to write rules concerning immigration, food, energy, medicine, the Internet, copyrights,
patents and businesses within U.S. borders as well as across the rest of the commission’s membership.
Congress would not have the right to approve the commission's decisions.
